Goat cheese

 White brined cheese made by 100% local goat milk from goats that graze freely in the mountainous and semi-mountainous areas of Kavala Prefecture.

Piperato Goat Cheese

Brined goat cheese, matured with green hot peppers and chili peppers, giving the cheese a spicy aroma and taste.

Hard Goat Cheese

 Made by 100% goat's milk, dry salted and matured for two months. It is eaten as it is, ideal for frying (saganaki) or baking and when grated it can uplift your favorite pasta.

Fresh Mozzarella

 Greek production of the Italian cheese made by 100% local cow's milk. Unsalted, with only 18% fat, it is essential in authentic Italian pizza recipes, ideally accompanies fresh salads, but also sandwiches.

Smoked Mozzarella

 Although not particularly well-known, the smoked variation of the famous mozzarella (Italian mozzarella) perfectly complements the taste palette of Italian cheeses. It is enjoyed on its own or as a garnish in pasta dishes. It especially "loves" good wine. 

Unsalted Goat Anthotyro

Light cheese, with plenty of high biological value proteins, vitamins and trace-elements, ideal for those cautious with their diet.

 At our store, Karanou 24 Kavala, you can also find other  traditional cheese products , as well as a variety of selected deli meats  and dressings.

Kefalotyri of Larisa "AVRAMOULI"

 Traditional Kefalotyri A' Quality, produced in Larissa from Greek goat and sheep milk.

Makrylisio Samothraki "PAPANICOLAOU"

 Yellow semi-hard cheese reminiscent of traditional caseri, produced in Samothraki, from local goat and sheep milk.

 Yellow semi-hard cheese reminiscent of traditional graviera, produced from local goat and sheep milk.

Kaseri Xanthi "HATZIIOANNIDI"

 Traditional caseri, produced in Xanthi from local goat and sheep milk, with a wonderful aroma and authentic spicy taste.

Kaseri Logadi

 Yellow semi-hard cheese, produced from 50% cow's and 50% sheep's milk, which makes it special from other semi-hard cheeses. It is a classic choice for toast and sandwiches.

Kaseri Mansion

  Semi-hard yellow cheese made from 100% cow's milk, is an excellent choice, either for a simple toast or as an appetizer.
