Our Dairy

 The  Zarzavatsaki cheese factory was founded in 1975 in the traditional village of Koryfes Kavala. There, at an altitude of 630 meters, the ideal climatic and environmental conditions prevail for the production of high quality cheese products. In the production of our products we combine tradition with modern technology. Our cheese factory preserves all the elements of traditional cheese-making, but does not cease to be constantly modernized to the new data of the modern era. In addition to the approval of EFET (Hellenic Food Authority) for our facilities and products, the Zarzavatsaki cheese factory has been certified with ISO 22000 and HACCP Quality Assurance Standards.
